- Kenya: Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA); Tegemeo Institute, Egerton University
- Malawi: Chancellor College, University of Malawi; Wadonda Consult
- UK: School of Oriental and African Studies – SOAS; Overseas Development Institute (ODI); and Institute of Development Studies (IDS)
