Final declaration by parliamentarians from the Pan-African Parliament and the Parliament of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), made at the end of the Parliamentary seminar “Making Agricultural Investment Work for Africa: A Parliamentarian’s response to the land rush”. The meeting was held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, on 8 – 9 November 2013.
